It Seems So Strange

How many know that our view of life is based on what perspective we see it from?  There is God's way and then there is our way.

It is so strange how $20 dollars is a lot to donate to the church but not enough when you ask for money to go shopping.

It is so strange that we listen so intently when gossip is in the air but cannot remember one verse of the gospel.

It is so strange that in attending football or basketball games we want to sit in the first row but come to church late so we can sit in the back row--it's closer to the door.

It is so strange that all of us want to go to heaven but we will not do what is required to get there.

Doesn't it seem so strange?
 Scripture Reading--Isaiah 55:8-9

8For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Many things look strange until we change our viewing point.  The higher you go the more you will see and understand why things happen.
